Contact us

This Privacy Policy explains how Bridge Learning Technologies Ltd ("BridgeLT", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or use DRAIV, our call-performance platform for automotive dealer groups. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently and securely.

1. Who we are

BridgeLT is the data controller for personal data collected through our website and for the data of our direct contacts. Registered office: Cambridge House, Henry Street, Bath BA1 1BT, United Kingdom. You can reach our team at info@bridgeLT.com or +44 (0) 3330 119 683.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us — your name, business email, phone number, company and the contents of any enquiry or message you send.
  • Account information — where you hold a DRAIV account: name, role, dealership, login credentials and contact details.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, referring pages and usage data gathered through standard server logs and cookies.
  • Customer call data — recordings, transcripts and derived scores processed inside DRAIV. For this data we act as a processor on behalf of your dealer group, which remains the controller (see section 5).

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, maintain and improve our website and the DRAIV platform.
  • To respond to enquiries, arrange call audits and provide customer support.
  • To understand how our website is used and to develop new features.
  • To send service updates and, where permitted, relevant marketing — which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, security and technical issues.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and improving our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with a legal obligation.

5. Call recordings and customer data

When your dealer group uses DRAIV to score calls, that data is processed strictly on the documented instructions of your organisation under a data processing agreement. Your organisation is responsible for establishing a lawful basis for recording and for informing call participants. We do not use customer call data for any purpose other than providing the service.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences and understand usage. You can control these at any time — see our Legal & Cookies notice for detail.

7. Sharing your information

We share personal data only with trusted service providers (such as hosting, analytics and communications partners) who act on our instructions, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete data we hold about you at any time.

9. Your rights

Under the UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Under the CCPA, California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal data and may opt out of any "sale" of data. To exercise any right, contact us — we will respond within one month.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular review — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

11. Children

Our website and DRAIV are intended for business users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the DRAIV website and platform provided by Bridge Learning Technologies Ltd ("BridgeLT", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or using DRAIV you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

DRAIV scores recorded sales and service calls against your dealership process, surfaces leads and compliance risk, and — where enabled — supports follow-up through AI voice agents. The specific features available to you are set out in your order form or subscription.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorised to act for your organisation to open an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Customer data and call recordings

You retain ownership of the call recordings, transcripts and related data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record calls and for informing participants as required by applicable law. We process Customer Data as your processor under a data processing agreement.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Do not upload data you are not entitled to share, or content that is unlawful or harmful.

5. AI outputs

DRAIV's scores, summaries and recommendations are decision-support tools generated by automated systems and may contain errors. They are not a substitute for professional judgement, and employment or compliance decisions should always involve appropriate human review.

6. Intellectual property

The DRAIV platform, software, branding and all related intellectual property remain the property of BridgeLT and its licensors. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription — nothing more.

7. Fees

Where the service is paid, fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the service. Either party may terminate as set out in the order form or for material breach. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will return or delete Customer Data in line with our agreement.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give notice of material changes on this page; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
